Really good Stay, Modern Amenities and Prime Location
modern amenities welcome coffee excellent service
The room was well-equipped with modern amenities. I found a welcome coffee and water upon arrival, a nice touch. Raxchell and Edward were always available and happy to assist with any questions or requests i had, providing excellent service throughout my stay.
The bathroom was somewhat small, and using the narrow shower cubicle and toilet felt a bit uncomfortable, though this was a minor inconvenience.

The location offers convenient access to two lines of the metro. This proximity is very convenient for exploring the city. The hotel is steps from the subway, providing easy transportation links throughout the area.

convenient location prompt assistance complimentary water tidy space
i found the location convenient, with easy access to many shops. staff members were kind, they promptly addressed my needs. the room came equipped with a fridge stocked with complimentary water. daily, the cleaning service ensured the space remained tidy.
the shower's water pressure was lower than i prefer. it was a bit difficult to find the perfect temperature.

the hotel is situated less than ten minutes by foot from the city center. a metro stop is directly outside providing easy access to attractions. i also appreciated the immediate proximity to several nice eateries.

The hotel is so close to the Tribunal Metro stop, that's super convenient for getting around! The staff are very nice I tell you. I needed help with a local business. Roxana helped me make an appointment and gave them the information I needed to share. The rooms are super clean. I also enjoyed the little kitchenette space, what a win!
There is almost no insulation in the rooms. I could hear all sorts of sounds. smells came inside, and that was not fun! The room doors were slanted. Light from the corridor seeped into the room when I turned off the lights, argh!

quiet neighborhood double windows helpful staff
I loved the location in a quiet neighborhood! double windows reduced noise from a nearby bar, that was a plus. the in-room safe was big. It held my laptop. i also appreciated the apples and candy at the front desk.
the elevator wasn't working perfectly! it made getting to my floor a bit slow.

my room included a functional work desk and a comfortable chair, i could do some tasks. the blackout curtains kept the room dark! it helped me sleep well. there was also a mini-fridge available for drinks.

lovely stay
clean room friendly staff superb location effective air conditioning
i found the room very clean and well furnished. the staff were very friendly. i particularly appreciated the superb location. the air conditioning worked well, a vital feature during those very hot days (it was a relief!).
the noise from people walking up and down the stairs was constant at times.
